All transactions and enquiries will be attended to within 1 to 3 working days. Kindly note that Mondays to Fridays are our working days whereas Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are our off days. Please refrain from sending multiple emails to us as this will result in your email classified as spam and it will take us longer to get back to you. Please rest assured that we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Ordering/Purchasing:
Please ensure that you have carted the correct item(s) in the correct color(s)/size(s) to the shopping cart before checking out.
We will not be able to amend the orders once payment is completed. We will not be held liable in the event should the incorrect color(s)/size(s) are selected or if duplicate orders are placed.
Please note that all goods sold from our website are strictly non-refundable, non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Eternity Loft reserves the right to accept or reject any order(s).
Shipping:
Please ensure that the full and correct mailing address is stated. Orders with incomplete/incorrect address may result in missing or delayed parcels. Eternity Loft will not be held responsible in the event that address provided by customer is incomplete/incorrect, and order may be subjected to top-up for re-delivery.
We dispatch all local parcels via NinjaVan within the next 3 to 5 working days after payment is verified. Shipping of parcels will only be conducted during weekdays.
We charge a flat rate delivery cost for Local orders shipped via NinjaVan.
Eternity Loft will not be held liable in the event of damaged article(s) once the items are dispatched to NinjaVan.
Returns Policy:
All items are checked thoroughly before packing and delivery.
All Sale items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable, and non-returnable.
Our sincere apology should you receive an incorrect item from us. Kindly email us at ask.eternityloft@gmail.com with a clear picture of the defective or incorrect item. We will assist you in the return/exchange in greater details via email.
All returns/exchanges for incorrect item(s) will be done via Singpost within 10 working days from the day the parcel was shipped.
A one-to-one replacement for incorrect item(s) will be carried out within 7 working days. In the event should the item be sold out, we will assist you to select a different item or issue a full refund.
Returned item(s) must be in its original condition (with label intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). Return(s) which do not fulfil these criteria will be duly declined.
Please kindly note that there may be a 0.5 inches to 0.8 inches difference in our given measurements as apparels are mass manufactured. The variance between the mentioned range will not be considered as a defect.
We always strive to depict each item’s true colour to the best of our ability. However, colours may still deviate slightly due to outdoor lightings as well as different monitor/mobile device settings. Such cases will not be warranted as a defect.
Please note that we do not give store credits should the merchandise purchased does not fit/suit.
Eternity Loft will not provide any Return(s)/Exchange(s) should you purchase our goods from any third party.

Bounced Parcels:
Customers will be contacted should we receive any bounced parcel(s) after a failed delivery attempt occurred.
Customer will borne the cost for re-delivery. Eternity Loft will bear the cost of re-delivery should it be an error on our part.
Bounced parcels that are unclaimed for 2 months will be deemed property of Eternity Loft. No compensation will be provided as adequate time has been given.

We only accept Paypal payments. Credit Card payments can be done via Paypal.
All payments will be verified within 1 to 3 working days upon submission of order(s).
We do not accept cash-on-delivery.

Laundry/Garment Care:
Please hand wash all apparels individually using light detergent. Do not soak for the first few washes as colour transfer may occur.
For colour block apparels, all reasonable efforts like colour run treatments to prevent colour run have been specified to the manufacturers. Please do not soak. Hand wash with light detergent for the first few washes and quickly rinse to dry so as to prevent possible colour run.
For apparels with intricate details, please turn them inside-out when washing and ironing. It’s advisable to iron apparels under low heat over a folded handkerchief especially for delicate details to prevent damage. A steam iron is highly recommended.
