ORDERING:
Simply click on the item you like to purchase, input the desired colour, size and quantity and click “Add to Cart”.
A notification panel will appear and you may wish to “View Cart” or continue with shopping.
Kindly ensure that the correct size(s) and colour(s) is/are selected.
Once you are done with your purchase, you can proceed to your Shopping Cart and click “Check Out”.
Fill in the necessary details and proceed to click on “Place Order”.
Do ensure that your address and contact details are correct so as to avoid lost/bounced parcels.
Should your Shipping address be different from your Billing Address, kindly check the box for “Ship to a Different Address” and fill up the necessary details.
We only accept Paypal payment method and the transaction is immediate.
All prices indicated in our website are in SGD (Singapore) currency.

SHIPPING:
For local delivery, all parcels are dispatched via NinjaVan within 2 to 5 working days after payment is verified.
Please take note that delivery lead times are just an estimate and they do not include internal order processing time of 1-2 working days.

Once your Order status has been updated to ‘Completed’, you may track your parcel with the tracking number provided to you via email.
NinjaVan delivers to all areas in Singapore mainland except for Jurong Island, Pulau Ubin etc. Please check with us (ask.eternityloft@gmail.com) before placing your order if you are unsure of whether your delivery address is classified as a restricted area.

Please check your junk/spam mailbox before contacting NinjaVan, if you have not receive any delivery failure message from NinjaVan.co.
Re-delivery charge will apply after a 3rd failed delivery attempt.
We will not be liable for incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customers, and order may be subjected to top-up for re-delivery.
